Blessings and Curses

*God created this world by opening His mouth and SPEAKING the Word of God. Nothing happened or changed until God opened His mouth and SPOKE. He changed the previous situation or circumstances by SPEAKING the Word of God. So, if the SPOKEN Word of God, created this world, the very same SPOKEN Word of God, can also change things in this world, that was created by the SPOKEN Word of God.

And in Matthew 4:4, Jesus Christ opened His mouth and SPOKE what is written in the Word of God and changed the situation, circumstances, conditions or events. Nothing happened or changed until Jesus opened His mouth and SPOKE the Word of God. And nothing is going to happen or change in your life until you open your mouth and start SPEAKING or READING the Word of God daily or regularly. So, change, shape, modify, influence, redesign, recreate and steer your life, your situations, circumstances and events, by daily or regularly opening your mouth and SPEAKING or READING,  the very same Word of God, that God used to create this world.

Ephesians 5:1 says, 'be imitators of God, copy Him and follow His example, as children imitate their father and Romans 10:17 says, So, then faith comes by hearing and hearing of the Word of God (with your ears, by speaking or reading it with your mouth).

Blessings (Deuteronomy 28:1 - 14)

I fully obey the Lord, my God and carefully follow all His commands, that He gave me, and so the Lord, my God has set me high above all people on earth. And all these blessings, have come upon me and they accompany me, because I obey the Lord, my God.

I am blessed in the city and I am blessed in the country.

The fruit of my womb is blessed, the crops of my land are blessed, the young of my livestock are blessed, the calves of my herds are blessed and the lambs of my flocks are blessed.

My basket and my kneading trough are blessed.

I am blessed, when I come in and I am blessed, when I go out.

The Lord has granted, that the enemies, who rise up against me, are defeated before me. They come at me, from one direction, but flee from me, in seven directions.

The Lord sends a blessing on my barns and on everything, that I put my hand to. The Lord, my God has blessed me in the land, that He gave me.

The Lord has established me as a holy people, as He promised me on oath, because I keep the commands of the Lord, my God and walk in His ways. Then all the people on earth, now see, that I am called by the name of the Lord, and they are afraid of me.

The Lord has granted me abundant prosperity, in the fruit of my womb, the young of my livestock and the crops of my ground, in the land, that He swore to my forefathers to give me.

The Lord has opened the heavens, the storehouse of His bounty, and He sends rain on my land in season and blesses all the work of my hands.

I lend to many people, but never borrow from anyone. The Lord has made me the head and not the tail. And because I pay attention, to the commands of the Lord, my God, that He gave me and carefully follow them, I am always at the top, never at the bottom. And I never turn aside from any of the commands, that He gave me, neither to the right nor to the left, following other gods and serving them.

Curses (Deuteronomy 28:15 - 57)

However, If I do not obey the Lord, my God, and do not carefully follow His commands and decrees, that He gave me, all these curses will come upon me and overtake me................

Blessings (Leviticus 26:3-13)

We follow the Lord's decrees and are careful to obey His commands, so the Lord sends us rain in it's season, and the ground always yields it's crops and the trees of the field their fruit. Our threshing continues until grape harvest and the grape harvest continues until planting, and  we eat all the food, we want and live in safety in our land.

The Lord has granted peace in our land, and we lie down and no one makes us afraid. The Lord removes the savage beasts from our land, and the sword will never pass through our land. We pursue our enemies, and they fall by the sword before us. Five of us chase a hundred, and a hundred of us chase ten thousand and our enemies fall by the sword before us.

The Lord looks on us with favor and makes us fruitful and increases our numbers, and He keeps His covenant with us. We are still eating last year's harvest, when we have to move it out to make room for the new. The Lord has put His dwelling place among us, and He will never abhor us. He walks among us and He is our God, and we are His people

Curses (Leviticus 26:14-33)

But if we do not listen to the Lord and carry out all these, and if we reject His decrees and abhor His laws and fail to carry out all His commands and therefore violate His covenant, then all these curses will come on us..............................................................................

Blessings (Psalm 91)

We dwell in the shelter of the Most High, and so rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

And we say, the Lord  is our refuge and  fortress, our God in whom we trust."

Surely, the Lord saves us from the fowler's snare and the deadly pestilence.

He(God) covers us with His feathers, and under His wings we take refuge; His faithfulness is our shield and rampart.

We never fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.

A thousand may fall at our side, ten thousand at our right hand, but it will never come near us.

We only observe with our eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.

Because we have made the Most High, our dwelling - He is our refuge - and so no harm will befall us, no disaster will come near our tent.

For the Lord has commanded His angels concerning us, to guard us in all our ways; they lift us up in their hands, so that we will never strike our foot against a stone.

We tread upon the lion and the cobra; and we trample the great lion and the serpent.

And because we love the Lord, He rescues us; He protects us, for we acknowledge His name.

We call upon the Lord, and He answers us; He is with us in trouble, He delivers us and honors us.

With long life, the Lord has satisfied us and shown us His salvation."
