According to Romans 10:17, Faith comes by HEARING and HEARING of the Word of God (with your ears). So, in Genesis 1:3, God changed the darkness to light by SPEAKING words, with His mouth, which He BELIEVED, in His heart and HEARING those words, with His ears. And in Matthew 8:26, Jesus changed a stormy situation to a calm situation by SPEAKING words with His mouth, which He BELIEVED, in His heart and HEARING those words, with His ears. Ephesians 5:1 says, 'be imitators of God, copy Him and follow His example, as children imitate their father'. So, you too can change your darkness to light or your stormy situations to calm situations by BELIEVING the Word of God, in your heart and then SPEAKING or READING the Word of God, with your mouth and HEARING and HEARING and HEARING the Word of God, with your ears, daily. And in addition to SPEAKING or READING the Word of God ALOUD, you MUST also read the Word of God silently or mentally daily, in order to get a better understanding and revelation. Both audible and silent reading of the Word of God are extremely important for your spiritual growth and well-being. Do not neglect to do either.
