Faith comes by HEARING and HEARING and HEARING the word of God or scriptures - Romans 10:17. So, God changed the darkness to light by SPEAKING words, which He BELIEVED and HEARING them - Genesis 1:3, Jesus changed a stormy situation to a calm situation by SPEAKING words, which He BELIEVED and HEARING them - Matthew 8:26, and Ephesians 5:1 says, 'be imitators of God, copy Him and follow His example, as children imitate their father'. So you too can overcome your grief, change your darkness to light, your stormy situations to calm situations by BELIEVING and thenSPEAKING or READING the word or scriptures and HEARING and HEARING and HEARING, the word or scriptures, daily.

The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit - Psalm 34:18(NIV)   

We are hedged in, on every side, but not crushed; we suffer embarrassments and are perplexed, but not driven to despair; we are pursued, but not deserted; we are struck down to the ground, but never struck out and destroyed - 2 Corinthians 4:8-9(AMP)   

We call on you, and you answer us, and you show us great and mighty things, which we did not know - Jeremiah 33:3(NKJV)

The blessing of the Lord makes one rich and he adds no sorrow with it - Proverbs 10:22(NKJV) 

The Lord is good, to those who wait, hopefully and expectantly for him, to those who seek him - Lamentations 3:25(AMP) 

Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth - Psalm 124:8(AMP)

The Lord is gracious and full of compassion, slow to anger and abounding in mercy and loving-kindness - Psalm 145:8(AMP) 

The Father has delivered and drawn us to himself, out of the control and dominion of darkness, and has transferred us, into the kingdom of the Son of his love - Colossians 1:13(AMP)
