Faith comes by HEARING and HEARING and HEARING the word of God or scriptures - Romans 10:17. So, God changed the darkness to light by SPEAKING words, which He BELIEVED and HEARING them - Genesis 1:3, Jesus changed a stormy situation to a calm situation by SPEAKING words, which He BELIEVED and HEARING them - Matthew 8:26, and Ephesians 5:1 says, 'be imitators of God, copy Him and follow His example, as children imitate their father'. So,  you too can transform your impatience to patience or change your darkness to light, your stormy situations to calm situations by BELIEVING and then SPEAKING or READING the word or scriptures and HEARING and HEARING and HEARING, the word or scriptures, daily. 

Therefore, we do not cast away our confidence, which has great reward. For we have need of endurance, so that after we have done the will of God, we may receive the promise - Hebrews 10:35-36(NKJV) 

Looking onto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy, that was set before him, endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand, of the throne of God - Hebrews 12:2(NKJV) 

Therefore, we wait patiently, until the coming of the Lord. As the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting patiently for it, until it receives the early and later rain - James 5:7(NKJV) 

I remain still and rest in the Lord; I wait for him and patiently lean myself upon him - Psalm 37:7(AMP)

We are invigorated and strengthened, with all power according to the might of his glory, to exercise every kind of endurance and patience with joy - Colossians 1:11(AMP) 

We fight the good fight of faith - 1 Timothy 6:12(AMP) 

For whatever was written, in former days, was written for our instruction, that by our steadfast and patient endurance, and encouragement drawn from the scriptures, we might hold fast to and cherish hope - Romans 15:4(AMP)
