The Devil

According to Romans 10:17, Faith comes by HEARING and HEARING of the Word of God (with your ears). So, in Genesis 1:3, God changed the darkness to light by SPEAKING words, with His mouth, which He BELIEVED, in His heart and HEARING those words, with His ears. And in Matthew 8:26, Jesus changed a stormy situation to a calm situation by SPEAKING words, with His mouth, which He BELIEVED, in His heart and HEARING those words, with His ears. Ephesians 5:1 says, 'be imitators of God, copy Him and follow His example, as children imitate their father'. So, you too can change, your darkness to light, your stormy situations to calm situations by SPEAKING or READING the Word of God on Overcoming The Devil, with your mouth and HEARING and HEARING and HEARING, the Word of God on Overcoming The Devil, with your ears, daily. And in addition to SPEAKING or READING the Word of God ALOUD, you MUST also read the Word of God silently or mentally daily, in order to get a better understanding and revelation. Both audible and silent reading of the Word of God, are extremely important for your spiritual growth and well-being. Do not neglect to do either.

Now the serpent(devil), was more crafty, than any of the wild animals, the Lord had made. He said to the woman, "Did God really say, 'You must not eat from any tree in the garden'?" - Genesis 3:1(NIV)

Now Satan stood up against Israel, and moved David to number Israel - 1 Chronicles 21:1(NKJV)

And the Lord said to Satan, From where did you come from? Then Satan answered the Lord, From going to and fro on the earth and from walking up and down on it - Job 1:7(AMP)

So, Satan went out from the presence of the Lord and afflicted Job with painful sores from the soles of his feet to the top of his head - Job 2:7(NIV)

And it is no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light - 2 Corinthians 11:14(AMP)

The thief(Satan) comes only in order to steal, kill and destroy - John 10:10(AMP)

The tempter(Satan) came to Him(Jesus) and said, "If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become bread." - Matthew 4:3(NIV)

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power; how He went about doing good and curing all, who were harassed and oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him - Acts 10:38(AMP)

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary, the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour - 1 Peter 5:8(NKJV)

Submit yourselves then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you - James 4:7(NIV)
